When asked what I bring to a group, I always start out saying that I am passionate. I know what I want and I will get it. I think my drive is what really helps me to be successful in everything I take on. It makes me willing to go above and beyond what might be expected or is necessary to achieve the desired results. As you probably noticed in class, I am firey and passionate. I do not backdown from a challenge, I am more than willing to have difficult conversations, and most interestingly I don’t mind creating discomfort from the things I point out. Additionally, I feel that my organizational skills help me to approach situations in the most efficient way possible in order to achieve the best results in an appropriate amount of time.
